Now I do not know, if this message was automatically from your serves or has someone the phone realy find and try to contact me, by your serves.

Please help me to understand me what is with stolen phone. Daughter wolud really like to get him back, because of memories, photos,....

It is NOT from Apple. It is from the thief who has the phone who desperately wants you enter the information they need to erase the phone for either themselves or to sell it. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Apple doesn't get involved in lost or stolen devices and NEVER sends out such messages.

If Find My was enabled on the phone see this link --> Find your lost iPhone or iPad with Find My - Apple Support

Contact the cellular provider for the phone and ask them to blacklist it. The chances of recovery of the phone are very very very slim.

Did your daughter have iCloud Photos enabled? If so, she may be able to retrieve her photos from iCloud using the iCloud Web interface (https://www.iCloud.com ).

If she was not using iCloud Photos, the photos may be in her last backup (assuming she was doing backups and had not excluded photos from them). She’d need to restore that to another phone to see the photos.
