IPhone SE display is textured with slight horizontal lines and a very light watermark of previously closed screens

Hello,

My display is showing the ghost of previously closed screens beyond the main screen- like a watermark burned in (please note the speaker icon in the first picture that was from a call that was already completed). The forescreen display is noisy with slight horizontal lines (you can see it in the second picture).

The phone itself seems to be functioning fine - with all the apps working without lagging.

Please advise.
