Apple Watch Screen not responding after updating to IOS 10.3.1

Is anyone having this same issue? After the update things were working okay but I did noticed my battery was draining a lot faster than normal (my watch is 1 year and 2 months old), then the digital crown stopped responding so after some research I decided to unpair my watch. After resetting my watch my screen started glitching and now its unresponsive. I took it to Apple Care appt today at Best Buy and basically the guy told me my only option was to buy a new watch. I force restarted my watch multiple times and unpaired it twice and still having this issue. Please tell me there is something that will fix this issue, makes me so mad that its obviously has something to do with new IOS and now I have to buy a new watch :(

I'm having a similar issue that started 2 days ago. The digital crown button and scroll stopped working and the battery can't hold a charge. Yesterday I went from 100% to 20% just commuting to work -- no activity tracking, no music, just wearing the watch. I've tried unpairing and resetting but neither work and got the same response from Apple in-store support -- can't do anything, buy a new watch,
