I have switched from an IPhone XR to new IPhone 15ProMax and now I seem to only be getting sound through the right hearing aid. I have checked and the phone is connected to both aids but periodically I am getting input on both but keeps turning off the left. It has new batteries I am not sure what else to do frustrating

Do you still have the XR? Maybe you can test it with the XR if you still have it to see.

You report the issue to the hearing aide company or look at their help forum.

is that what the hearing aide company told you when you contacted them?
It is not that easy they are NHS hearing aids and they just simply connect via Bluetooth they are not anymore fancy. Cannot just speak to the NHS have to try next week but I don’t believe they will be able to do anything different why would they work perfectly with IPhone XR and not so well with the new IPhone when they are just linking via Bluetooth like any headphone would?
It was working perfectly on the XR it is the change of phone that has thrown the problem think it is an Apple issue
