Adding exchange email account to iPhone

I’m trying to add an exchange mail account to the mail on my iPhone but I keep going around in circles, select ‘exchange’ option, input email and password, and round it goes again to selecting exchange etc, no way to break the cycle .. only on the iPhone, iPad and laptop are all fine .. help !!

Cant add Exchange email account to Ipad Pro I am using an Ipad pro 5th Gen and have switched over to Microsoft exchange for my email hosting. I ave managed to add it to both my desktop and iPhone but I cant get it to add to my Ipad. I have done all the usual steps - add account - exchange account etc and put in my details and then it says it is verfiying and then the box just disappears off the screen and returns to the "Add Account" screen. No error message. I have tried turning the iPad on and of, on wifi or not, turned on and off airplane mode, turned my VPN off and still cant work out how to add it. I would really appreciate any help.

Unable to add .me email account to iPad I am trying to set up an email account from a domain I bought ending in .me. I cannot get the setup configuration from hosting to work. I import all the info, but it says I have no internet connection or my inputted info is wrong. Neither is correct. I can add other emails, but not this on, to my ipad. It installed on my phone with no issues.

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - doesn't work iOS version 17.02 iPhone 14 Pro I cannot connect to my work email from Mail anymore. When I try to use the steps in Set up Exchange ActiveSync on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support I do not see the same screen for Step 3 (manually enter server, domain and username). that screen doesn't not appear. Why can't I see that screen? Where did it go? I am forced to use the Outlook Bloatware the company IT person recommended until I can get this fixed.
