“This payment method has already been added to your account”

My settings show me only one available payment method that is no longer viable. I would like to add my updated payment method but when i try i get a message that tells me it has “already been added”. The card that has supposedly been added doesn’t show up in my available payment methods so i can’t just delete it and add it again.

How can i add a new payment method i can’t update my payment information. whenever i try adding a new card it keeps on saying payment method declined. I have tried with 4 different cards and still nothing. I can’t add a new payment method and i can’t remove the old one. The card from the old method works perfectly fine but it keeps on failing and declining. why?
