Every time I switch the MacBook on, it shows the incorrect date of Sunday, the 12th of November, and I have tried restarting and booting the MacBook up in safe mode. Please help

There is a bug in Sonoma...
resolving the issue from the Terminal.app copy & paste:
sudo rm /var/db/timed/com.apple.timed.plist
this will remove the corrupt plist. reboot and compare your results
(note—your psswd will not echo on screen, type it in any way use the enter\return key to proceed.)
I will add—The current stable release of Sonoma including bug fixes, security updates is macOS 14.3.1
