Why am I being charged 2.99 and 1.99 every month?

The prices you mention would seem in line with iCloud Storage plans. 1.99 is typically for 50GB and 2.99 is typically for 200GB. But the related article link at the top of this page tells you how to check your purchases, so what did you learn after following the directions there?
