Are you paying for 200 GB of extra iCloud storage? It costs $2.99/mo. To check, go to Settings -> Your Name -> iCloud -> Storage -> Change Storage Plan.

You should also check your subscriptions by going to Settings -> Your Name -> Subscriptions.
