Apple business connect ZERO support

What exactly is the point of Apple business connect if your updates still need to be approved by Apple once your verified? We have been trying to change our business from “temporarily closed” to “open” for TWO WEEKS now. The status on our business connect page says “open” but when you use Apple Maps to change our business it still says temporarily closed with absolutely no way to escalate or any line to contact for direct support. Basic Apple customer service can only tell me that I am S.O.L. My business is hemorrhaging $ because people trust the app on there phone more than my own social media posts and am unable to get anyone to drive to my location. Why is manpower in this business connect department so under financed or rather why isn’t a tech support agent unable to make the changes I’m requesting by just clicking a simple button on there end if I’m already verified? This is a a Stone Age type system for a company this modern.

You are talking to fellow users here. Neither Apple, nor any Apple business unit participates in these public user supported communities. We cannot possible know what is going on inside Apple business units, nor can we speak for them here.

Give this contact info a try: Business - Apple or Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Or what you may have already seen:

I’m not concerned with whether or not “apple business units” can see this. I’d rather warn anyone else that’s in the same scenario as me to update your business status at least 1 MONTH in advance to your seasonal opening and just pray that they make the change before then because that’s practically all that you can do to avoid my predicament. None of the above links provided has gotten me to anyone willing to expedite or actually solve my issue which only means one thing: There is a substantial backlog of these change requests that a company with a 2.82 trillion market cap is unable to resolve in a timely manner. Embarrassing.
