How can I get in touch with a live support agent instead of being redirected to a page an select an option?
I am trying to get in touch with a live agent to get assistance on a refund request. I have some questions and the submission I made only gives me a status. I need to speak to someone and explain my situation. Some of my refund requests are pending a revision. I got charged for subscriptions for 4 days now which I am trying to avoid and some are not even listed on subscriptions in settings. Too much money has been debited from my account and it has been highly inconvenient for the payment of my bills. How do I speak to someone via chat or email??
