I cannot find how to edit or delete a credit card once added to a wallet!? I have since received 2 declined transactions at checkout counters. Seems either expiration date or 3-digit code has been updated but not in wallet. Please advise.

Please follow the path below;
iPhone > Wallet app > tap card to delete > tap More button (3 dots in circle in upper right corner of screen) > Card Details > scroll down and tap Remove Card
