How to set up an alarm to stand up on Apple Watch?

Hi I would like to be notified every 30 m if I haven’t stood up over the previous 30. Any ideas apart from hundreds of calendar alerts?

I use the iPhone 3rd party app “Alarmed”, by Yoctoville

All of my iPhone “Alarmed” alarms appear on my Apple Watch, so it works well to remind me to stand on a more frequent basis.

“Alarmed” has a $5 U.S. in-app purchase that gives you “DayMinder” which allows you to specify an alarm entry repeat during the day ever ‘n’ minutes or hours, for ‘m’ repeats. So you can set up a stand alarm for 9am, with a DayMinder repeat of 30 minutes for a count of 24, that will take you to 9pm.

You can add a “Nag-Me” (part of the in-app purchase) of every 10 minutes, with a repeat of 2, so if you do not mark the event done, at 9:10am you get another alarm, then at 9:20 another. At 9:30, the next DayMinder happens, and you start over again.

These same features make “Alarmed” very useful reminding me to take my meds twice a day. Well mostly the 15 repeating Nag-Me’s until I actually take my meds and mark it done.

I find “Alarmed” to be an invaluable app on my iPhone with alarms being delivered to my Apple Watch.

There are many other very useful features in “Alarmed”, which is why it is my Wife and my primary notification app.
