AirDrop gets canceled automatically

I am transferring a PhotoLibrary of 120 GB from Mac Mini M1 to MacBook Pro M2 and it just gets cancelled anytime during the transfer. However, a small PDF gets transferred without any issues.

It used to work fine before and nothing has changed with my setup so far.

Only the change is that MacOS was updated to 14.3.1

Here are few things that I have verified:

Both Macs are running MacOS 14.3.1.
Both Macs use the same Wifi.
Both Macs have plenty of space.
Both Macs are placed closed to each other.
Restarted both Macs.

It should work but I'd use an external drive (a thumb drive etc) to transfer that amount of files.

Also, AirDrop (roughly 600 photos) from iPhone 14 Pro Max to Mac (Sonoma 14.3.1) doesn't work either. This should be simple; it used to work. Same Wifi, No VPN, 1 meter distance.
