I removed Spanish by going to General>Languages/region. Now there is only English. However, if I mistakenly tap the globe under the keyboard, it reverts to Spanish. It’s very annoying. Help! Please!

Removing the region Spanish by going to General>Languages/region does not affect Keyboard removal.
Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Swipe Left on Spanish > Delete
