Deleted keyboard language, but still there

So just a few days ago, I installed the Chinese/Mandarin keyboard for fun, then deleted it. This morning, I wanted to find a song with a Russian title, and as I was scrolling through the keyboard languages button (globe), I found the same Mandarin keyboard, I went back to settings (Idioma e Região, sorry my phone is in Portuguese) Language and Region, and the MND Keyboard wasn’t there. I restarted my phone, same issue. Please respond
