Where can I find the compatible "Thunderbird Mail" for iMac with El Capitan ?

After numerous attempts to get mail to stop crashing I decided to try thunderbird mail app.

update mail on yosemite Comcast is sending messages that my email application may be out of date. Comcast is updating security protocols so there is a chance I will not be able to use the mail app on my iMac. My operating system is OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. Is there a way to update mail without changing my operating system?

OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 & Yahoo Mail & Google Mail Im running El Capitan 10.11.6 on Mac Mini and I'm unable to get Yahoo Mail or Google Mail to work. Assuming there is a compatibility issue. Is there an upgrade path for El Capitan to Ventura. Any other options?
