After updating IOS 17.3.1 ear-speaker not working

Does anyone have idea how to get it resolved?

I purchased my iPhone 12 in the month of Nov’2020

Did you already try the troubleshooting mentioned in this article?

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

A force restart might also help:
