My iPhone 12 ear speaker did not working since July ios update what can I do now

Iphone 12 had a free service option for that specific problem but it expired a year or so ago.
So it would cost around €$450 to repair.
You can go to Settings, Accessibility, Audio & Visual and change Call Audio Routing to Speaker and forget about using the ear speaker.
