Cellular Service and Wi-Fi and not connecting

Cellular Service and Wi-Fi and not connecting on my Apple iPhone 14. Contacted my service provider and learned that their system was fine. They suggested I contact Apple Support. Contacted Apple, Level 1 technician directed me to do a "Reset Network Systems". It did not work. The case was escalated. The Advanced Technician asked me to try "Erase All Content and Settings." It did not work. I logged into my iMac to erase remotely. The following message appeared. "Internet required on iPhone to erase." Apple's recommendation was to take the iPhone to an Apple Repair store.

Forgot to add that three other devices can get wi-fi, so it is NOT a router problem. Wi-Fi has a blue check as if it is connected, but it is not. Cellular data is turned on, but no cellular data. Webpages do not load at all. All apps on the iPhone say, "Not connected to the internet." The 5G+ symbol is in the right corner. It sometimes changes to LTE. The Wi-FI symbol does not appear at all, even though under Settings it states connected.
