Network preferences do not allow private loading in Mail

I have a problem with loading email content . I get message that network preferences do not allow private loading but clicking "load content directly" brings up pictures, videos, etc. How can I adjust my preferences to not have to do this for every email ?

How can you load email content automatically? My incoming emails are no longer loading content unless I click on the "Load Content Directly" button. This has gone from an intermittent problem to happening with all email. I am told that I have to change my network settings, but am unable to determine which one(s) and to what values. Network Settings 'Network settings prevent content from loading privately', is now the message I get with every new email. I must press "load content" button to see content each time I read mail. Can't find in Network settings how to undo this. Anyone know how to undo? Ever grateful for solution.
