Flashlight icon disappeared on my iPhone

iPhone SE, iOS 16.6.1.

Just noticed my flashlight icon disappeared. It is listed in the Control Center but has a red negative sign next to it. Icons for other utilities listed under it also have same red negative sign next to them but seem to be working & their icons are visible. I rebooted but no change. The flashlight icon in the Control Center doesn’t help!
