Problem downloading Beyonce Lemonade film on iTunes

I'd originally purchased the Beyonce Lemonade album which included the full video and downloaded it no problem on my iMac when it was first released. I no longer have that computer and am trying to download it onto my MacBook Pro and nothing I do will allow the video part to download.

It keeps saying "There was a problem downloading Lemonade Film/ Beyonce. An unknown error occured (-50). Please check that the connection to the network is active and try again." Sometimes it says error 100028 instead.

I have enough space and this an error has occurred every time I try to download it.

Any advice? I have some random songs here and there that won't download as well ever since moving my iTunes library over to this MacBook but some were likely due to being bought on my sister's Apple ID, but mostly things all transferred ok.
