I dropped my iPhone and now it’s showing that I have no SIM card

I dropped my iPhone 11 and now it’s showing that I have no SIM card ? What can I do?

It's possible the fall dislodged the sim card in the sim tray. Use the sim tool which came with your iPhone (if you don't have it, a paper clip will work, to remove the sim tray in the side of your iPhone and reseat the Sim Card, then push it back in. If that doesn't work, the fall may have damaged your iPhone and would require a visit to your Apple Store Genius Bar.
