Had them plugged in then unplugged them and was really hot, now they turn on and will not connect or make any noise when they power on or off

What was really hot? The weather or the Beats headphones, or something else? I'm guessing you mean the headphones while they were charging ... correct?
How long have you had them? Is this the first time they exhibited this symptom? What have you tried, so far yourself, to remedy this so that we don't offer potential solutions that may not have already worked for you?
