Hello, i recently got an iphone 14 plus it has the US model number with A2632 but it doesn't have the mmwave band either and come with a physical sim tray slot is that normal? Did my serial number checks on the apple site and imei checks it says its original. Anyone understand this?

iPhone 14 Plus does have a SIM tray even if purchased in the USA.
You are getting mixed with iPhone 15 models where only eSIM is available in the USA.

Might want to bring that into Apple for a look, as it would appear to be a unicorn.
Or it’s a counterfeit, and not an iPhone.
The US-spec A2632 has mmWave and no SIM.
Got it outside the US. Done imei tests etc it all comes back as original. Might just use it a bit get the 15 plus later on only reason i got this from the 13 was cause of battery, only thing i noticed was in ios 17.3.1 it heats up a lil and gets hot during facetime and video calls ever noticed that?

Both iPhone models, iPhone 14 and iPhone 15, do not have SIM card trays when sold in the US (The US Version). I can easily confirm this because I have both of them.
