Pen Stabilization / Smoothing

Does anyone know any way to stabilize writing/drawing with the apple pencil outside of specific apps that have it? Even a way to calibrate it to be less sensitive? Kind of unreal that this isn't an option.

If Apple had an actual stabilization feature, apple pencils wouldn't just be more accessible, they would be life changing. It would make Apple Pencils and Ipads necessities for a huge population that hasn't even been able to consider using them. I have a condition called essential tremor that makes writing smoothly very difficult. About 1% of people have ET, and about 5% of people over the age of 60 have it. There are so many conditions that can make writing difficult (Parkinson's, MS, stroke, etc). I haven't been able to find a single note taking program that offers pen smoothing/stabilization. Compared to using art software like Procreate that have adjustable stabilization, the notes app and Scribble are basically unusable. Even for people who just have bad hand writing, stabilization would make it hard to go back to paper and pen after seeing how they can write with smoothing. It's honestly crazy to me that Apple doesn't have this already.
