The iPhone and AirPods I ordered are on hold
I ordered a iPhone and AirPods. The order was paid with gift card and credit card. However after an hour, I got notification that AirPods order is on hold for want of additional payment of dollar 150. Since that was paid through Gift card , I failed to understand why initially it accepted it later raised a issue. The gift card was never used and was handed over to me by my brother in law. I tried contacting the US support team they conveyed that they are unable to help on this and advised me to contact Indian Support team, Indian team said since its an order placed on US store with delivery in US and paid in dollar US team should help. I am completely frustrated since I have paid my money already for which my order is on hold without any reason and the support team is completely clueless about it. Please help.
