Blank notifications keeps popping up on lock screen of iPhone
What are these blank notifications that keep popping up on my lock screen?

You have the Do Not Disturb Focus mode set to ON. Try turning that Focus Mode OFF and you should be able to see the notifications on the Lock Screen.
