"Bad Request Invalid encryption key length actual: 25 expected: 17" error on iCloud

Hello Guys,

i contacted the apple support serveral times, but they can't help.

When i loged me in icloud.com, i get on Photos App, Notes and Files App a Bad Request.

Bad Request
Invalid encryption key length
actual: 25
expected: 17

It seems, that my account has problems on the server: https://cvws.icloud-content.com/

How can i solved it ?

PLEASE HELP ME...
