Airtag Battery life spand of 19 days

I replaced my airtag battery on 02/01/2024. (1 feb 2024) today 02/19/2024 (19 feb 2024) it says i have a empty battery. The only thing the airtag does is laying in a cabinet beqause i already repleced the battery e fey times and i noticed that the live span of the battery is very short. I baught the airtag in a pack of 4 and the other 3 are working juist fine. We use the other 3 outdoors (in wind, rain and hale) and they work perfecty. We placed the batteries in al 4 airtags at the same time.

How come this one is empty in 19 days?
