How to get rid of: "Supervised and Managed by Org"

Good morning,

We've got a few devices that were donated to users who left the company. Currently on those devices under settings, it's listed as Supervised and Managed by the organization. We want to get rid of that messaged. So far we've:

... unmanaged the device in our MDM, and then deleted the entry as well. We use JAMF.

... also released the device from our organization in Apple Business Manager.

... had the user restart the device after taking those steps.

Are there any other steps to take to get that message to disappear? Or is it just time before it does?
