How to remove MDM from my iPhone?

My iPhone 11 has remote management installed by an old employer that I no longer work for and didn’t when I purchased the phone. They have not released me from MDM and have provisioned two iPhones and two laptops since I left their organization. What do I do? No “Profile” to remove as it is hidden by the MDM configuration and wiping and starting from “factory” just gets re-managed by a WakeOn package immediately. I’m a prisoner to this.
