I try to use other phone flash light to check on my new IPhone 15 pro lens see if go scratch or not. Is the actions save to do so or it will harm my iPhone lens

Since you seem to need a second opinion, I'll give the same answer you were already provided that no, shining a flashlight to check for scratches will NOT harm the cameras in your iPhone.
