how to import photos from a Nikon D90 to Macbook Air
D90 has SD card as well as HDMI, high speed USB, and NTSC outputs. Macbook doesn't have an SD card slot. What cable connections can I make from D90 to Macbook Air?

When you connect the D90 to your Mac with an appropriate USB cable, and you open Apple's Image Capture, does it see the D90 and allow you to import photos. This method uses the EXIF DateTimeOriginal time stamp on the imported images, where as other methods not using Image Capture will apply the System date/time stamp to the images.
Ah, that's great!
Many thanks
You’re welcome.
Enjoy your Mac.
Apple offers a USB-C to SD Card Reader. This link will work if you’re in the U.S.
