Clicked on a site that was spam

Clicked on site that I thought was legit from my bank & put in some info( all passwords & userids have been changed ) should I download an antivirus on my iPhone 13 Pro Max? I really know better but ckd site & looked ok ugh

Opened Phishing Text Link 2 days ago, I accidentally opened a phishing link on a text (iPhone) the other morning when I was half asleep. I had clicked a box inside the website to bring me to another page which was a payment page. I did not put my payment information, address, email, ETC in the boxes. I exited the website because I realized it was fake. I changed my passwords, cleared my history, restarted my phone, and then did a reset on my phone hours later. This morning I opened safari and it was on a page that I didn’t go to and the page seemed like an investment page that I didn’t go to. Is my phone infected with malware or a virus? Should I be worried about my bank information being stolen? My phone is updated to 18.3.1. It’s not jailbroken.

Possibly hacked I just received a message that I have been hacked after visiting an adult website (?? not that I’m aware of) and that I needed to update apple security within so many seconds. Usually o don’t fall for this, but when I clicked on app to take me to app store, which it did, it wasn’t there for me to download. WHAT CAN I DO IMMEDIATELY to protect my data? TUESDAY 5/9 11:50 am EST

No, you shouldn't download anti-virus software as, unless you've jailbroken your iPhone, there are not viruses that will affect your iPhone and AV software on an iPhone can't really scan anything anyway. Virueses are not your problem here. The problem is that you've given out information that could have allowed people to gain access to accounts. If you're certain that you've changed everything, than you should be fine. Lesson learned.
