Is there a replacement for iTunes Folder Watch?

It seems to be a dead project now (web site is gone too) and Apple Music is the new thing after iTunes (no more updates I assume). Eventually, I will have to use it. Is there a similar program for them that can detect new and deleted songs into iTunes playlist to sync to iPhones from my local 64-bit Windows 10 (and future) PCs?

Sync iTunes playlist on Phone with Music I got myself into a bit of a situation and looking for help. Long time iTunes for Windows user and I have my entire library of MP3's on my PC. I had no issues until yesterday. I had to reinstall iTunes as the MS Store version wouldn't load. As a part of this upgrade, my iTunes library corrupted / was replaced and my playlists reset itself and the latest backup on the device takes me back to what it looked like a couple of years ago. I've looked at all of the restore options and it is what it is, I'm not willing to invest the amount of time required to reconfigure the changes I've made to the playlists over the last couple of years. That said, I have the latest version of the playlist on my phone as it sync'ed recently. So what are my options to get back up and running again? Is there a way to sync from my phone back to Windows iTunes? Can I sync my phone (all MP3's, not purchased via Apple Music / iTunes) to Apple Music and use that as my go-to for music? Do I need to look at 3rd party software to sync or alternatively to use as my music go-to? For reference, I have a MacBook as well if that makes any difference at all. Currently the playlists do not sync to the MacBook.

iTunes sync option missing for music on iPhone Hi My fathers Iphone has all his music/playlists on it - works perfect. I cleared his Itunes on his PC and hoped to connect to USB to iphone and Sync Itunes on the PC detects the Iphone and songs, when I click on the Music, the SYNC option is not there. Why itunes for windows delete my itunes playlist Hello, i have a playlist on ios (iphone) where i often past new songs in. But i haven`t a chance to save the playlist. If i change the name on iphone, on widows itunes shown the old one. I cant use windows itunes to save the newest one. Yes, i click on the device, but windwos itunes show me old on. If i make synchronisation windows itunes take the old on from windows, delete the newer one from ios and replace it. All the work is , because i have no option to make the Device first. First i want save the Device. Or save the Playlist from device. But Windows Itunes fu ck ed me up. No possibility to save my playlist, to save my work. Absolutly beginner devs from Apple? On the Iphone i havent a chance to save my playlist, too. No direct save possibility on my i phone local files or in cloud. Even new IOS versions and the programmer cant fix the old problems. And there so many on IOS device. But you cant sent this problem to apple, because you can only sent problemst to payable things. APPLE: Let me protect my data. Let me save my playlist on windows. And dont let wrong and old data in my Iphone. I dont need a old playlist on my phone. I dont want to make the work again and again. [Edited by Moderator]
