disable/uninstall third-party sync software like: OneDrive, GoogleDrive, BackBlaze or DropBox and test

Some observations:

  • System Integrity Protection (SIP) is disabled. Very dangerous to leave this off.
  • Apple Security is disabled. Again, very dangerous in this condition.
  • Free disk space is getting near the "danger zone".
  • Kaspersky and AdGuard would not find a home on any Mac I've ever owned. They shouldn't be on yours, either. Use the vendor's uninstaller to remove them. Kaspersky, in particular, has been known to create more problems than it prevents. Anti-virus simply isn't needed on a Mac. I've never used one in any Mac I've owned since 1984.
  • Grammarly has crashed multiple times. Do you really need it?
