iPhone 15 pro random turning off
Hi there, I have iPhone 15 pro bought in December and my phone started turning off with no reason, even with full battery. When I turn it on it works but occasionally randomly it turns off. I’ve had a chat with apple support over the phone and after 20 mins conversation phone switched off. There is no any bloatware on my mobile just 100 pics WhatsApp messenger and google maps. Anyone faced with same issue as I’m unsure if it’s software issue or handset problem? At the moment apple not help much just recommended to reset device and see what happen
