how do i refund a apple girft card because i was trying to play something but i put it on the wrong id

I was just you a refund for a app that I did intend on buying unfortunately the card that was used to have been shut down due to possible fraudulent activity and I have a new card how would I was issued a refund from the App Store for a purchase that I did not intend on making and the original card that was my Apple Pay is no longer active I have a new card so the original purchase was made on the card that no longer exists and the refund I would assume will be going back onto that particular card I’ve already updated my Apple ID and card information after the refund was already made how do I correct this

Apple itune gift card bought already redeemed by someone. How do I go about getting a refund of a Apple iTune gift card that was already redeemed although it was sealed. It happened to me 3 times already. . The store referred me to Apple support. According to the store Apple has a policy that once the card is bought there is no refund. Does this mean I must loose the money I paid for a card already redeemed. Spoke to Apple consultant at the 0800 free number today. She confirmed that the card was redeemed but could not say by whom. She referred me back to the store. The store again referred me back to the support dept of Apple. What is my rights.

Your refound most be throug apple I reload my apple Store with a Gift card then Ireload my tiktok acount to promote a video but never finish the process so i ask to get a refund but since it comes from a gitf card can no go back to my card can you guys please hep me get this money back since tiktok is saying only you guys can help
