Lost QuickTime Player screen recording

I was recording an important meeting and my MacBook crashed. I'm trying to find a way to possible recover it. I have already gone to the temporary folder and the autosaved folder, and they do not contain anything. Any other options? Thanks.

how to recover deleted trash Hello, I have deleted a video by accident from trash. I’m wondering if there is any possibility to recover this permanently deleted video as it has key and vital information that is very important to me. I have a MacBook Air. I have tried googling this. It says to use time machine but this app is not working on my laptop for some odd reason. Please reply to me if you have any tips for this problem.

How to recover accidentally deleted files from recently deleted on Mac? i accidentally deleted a bunch of files and i tried to go to recently deleted to recover them and it shows nothing in there but it deleted everything? is there any way i can get them recovered :/ [Re-Titled by Moderator] Original Title: file deletion issue

you can try and use Apple Menu > Finder > Go and choose "Go to Folder".

and in the resulting window, type in "~/Library/ScreenRecordings/" but without the quotation marks.
