My phone says unavailable with no timer and the charger port isn't working how do I reset it?

recently my phone screen broke and I just got it fixed today but it said unavailable without a timer. My charger port previously had given me many problems to the point I got a wireless charger. Now I'm trying to connect it to my computer but the charger port isn't letting it connect. Any solutions?
