Regarding RGB light keyboard.

Hi team. Currently I started to use rgb lighting keyboard for my MacBook Air m1 2020. So while using it. I can see that the battery of MacBook Air drain faster. Not too fast. Actually the keyboard taking power from my laptop to work with. So is there a possibility to damage my mackbbok air battery in long run. Or should I avoid the rgb lighting keyboard and go for a normal one which have battery
