There is a gap between the screen and the case of my new Apple Watch Ultra 2.
The gap size is about 0.3-0.5mm and only appears on the right edge (digital Crown button side). The remaining edges do not have this gap. Does yours have the same, or was this an issue?
Can I Ask apple to provide the specification of this gap?
You can ask Apple although I’m not sure if you will be able to get an answer other than the specifications already officially provided. If you just got it (meaning it’s still in the return window) contact Apple or wherever you purchased from to see if you need to return/exchange it. When you say gap are you referring to an actual opening where the watch does not appear to be sealed/flush? Might be helpful if you include a picture of it
