How to view old call history on iPhone?

Your carrier may allow you to download your bills in CSV or Excel format, both of which would be easier to use to determine how many calls you made to who than the call log on a phone. Even if you download your bills as PDF, they should be searchable.

I have written mail many times but they have given reason for security. How does storing long records affect security at all? Android is providing it. Also I am not concern about security so for users like me who prefer this feature over security they should have rights to use this feature

Sorry, but Apple can’t help you with this. The call log on the phone holds the last 100 calls, no more.

Maybe because Apple is well aware people can easily log into the carrier's website and get much more detailed call history details?

If you open the Phone App on your iPhone, and at the bottom tap Recents, you'll see the most recent 100 calls by time and date, but no more than the most recent 100. Anything more you may need to see will need to be accessed through your carrier.
