You can see the exact date that those were downloaded by going to the App Store, then tapping your user icon in the upper right. After tapping Purchased you will see the date that it was downloaded. If you do not share your Apple ID with anyone else, that will at least narrow down the day. Even though it does not show the time, you should be able to figure out who could have been near your phone when you were not on that day.

It is not a case of remote hacking, it is simply someone that knows your device passcode. You mentioned you changed your password, but you really need to change your device passcode.

To get back to your question of should you be worried finding 3 downloaded apps on your phone. The answer is yes because someone has your password or passcode. By changing both the password and passcode, you have eliminated the problem. It can only happen in one of 2 ways:

  • With Password, they can login to your account from another device and download apps and they will show up on yours. As Lawrence said, you can still check if they are logged in.
  • With Passcode, they can login to your device and download the apps onto it.

The only mystery is which one it was and we will not be able to help with that and it can only be solved by your own investigation.
