About Hacked iPhones:

The only possible way for an iPhone to be hacked is if it has ben jailbroken. So, if purchased from Apple, then no worries there. As for apps, there has been a history of scammers. Getting a Hacked by TikTok:

If you think you an account has been compromised, then change your account credentials (eMail address login and new password), and turn on Two-Factor Authentication, if available. With all the chaos reported in the media of TikTok, I tend to stay off of it; you might want to consider doing the same.

While third‑party app accounts may be vulnerable to hacking, this does not occur through the iPhone itself. Likewise, an iPhone and its native data cannot be directly hacked.

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Viruses / Malware / Spyware unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device, and/or have Jailbroken. 

It (Hacking) also depends on how careful you are in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone, such as Passcode, Password, etc with your friends and family members.
