Opened a phishing email pdf in the gmail previewer what do I do?

I received an email today which just had a standard email seemingly not from a spam email with a renewal attached pdf. I had just renewed something so this wasn’t out of the ordinary.

I use the gmail app as my main email on my phone so it has the file preview thing. as soon as I clicked on the pdf I knew it was dodgy.

I did not click any links or call any numbers on the pdf just simply opened it.

what do I need to do to ensure my phone is safe?

I didn’t download the pdf or anything so it’s not even on my phone I believe unless I’m a google temp file (possibly).

I have reported the email as spam too
