Loose screws on my MacBook Pro Retina 15-inch, Mid 2015

My antique MacBook Pro (don't laugh, I still have my two original Mac SE's that I installed hard drives in...) started making a grinding growling sound. I have an SSD drive so I know it wasn't that and when I removed the back panel I discovered 3 tiny black screws bouncing around in one of the fans. I found home holes for two of the three but the shortest one is now homeless... I'm not sure they use the same driver as the back cover but I used that the best I could. My question is the wi-fi component has J1 and J2 jumpers along with two unattached wires nearby that could reach these points. My wi-fi is working so what are these for?.n

I'm new to this site so not sure if I'll only get a response via here and I have to check back
