Pro Tools crashes after updating to OS 13.6.4

Hi all,

I wonder if there is anyone here that can read my crash report.

I asked for help Pro Tools community and Avid team but no luck there.

Since updating my OS my Pro Tools Ultimate won't even start and gives my crash report almost instantly.

Weirdly it works when I created new admin user.

Can anyone see something useful here that can help to resolve this issue please?
